What is changing, and why?
PRX has expanded beyond the role of distributor. To better reflect our growing role in the public media ecosystem, we are updating our online presence in a few ways:
- We will have a new homepage hosted at PRX.org
- The PRX Exchange is the new moniker of our broadcast distribution services, which will now be hosted at exchange.prx.org
- A new look for the PRX Exchange
- A new logo
More details on these changes can be found below.
PRX.org is where you can now go to find information about PRX, new ventures and services we provide.
Exchange.prx.org is the new address for our broadcast distribution services.
Your logo looks different.
Thanks for noticing. The new logo better reflects the role of PRX, and you will start to see it on all our pages and products. A style guide will be available in the immediate future for you to use.

Absolutely not! Deliveries for you favorite shows will not be affected by this change.
Will this affect the URLs on my site for PRX Exchange pieces or series?
No. Any existing deep links to pages on the PRX Exchange (e.g., a third party website that is linking to prx.org/pieces/12345) will get handled correctly and redirected to the proper page on PRX Exchange. That is to say, all existing PRX Exchange pages that are indexed on Google, bookmarked, linked, etc will continue to work as expected.
