We recommend Mp3 files with a minimum of 96kbps. There is no upper limit, but we do ask that creators think about quality vs. speed of download, and users’ data plans. Recommended upper limit is 128kbps.
For loudness, there is no agreed-upon industry standard. We recommend that your audio falls within the loudness range of -16db LUFS and -19db LUFS.
