If using the services of the PRX Ad Operations team, please read the following carefully.
Sponsor ad campaigns generally start on Mondays. Your Ad Ops rep will inform you of new copy via email, usually by the end of the day on the Tuesday before the start date.
We’ve asked all sponsors to give us at least one week for ad turnaround. Still, things sometimes come up more quickly, so if you need to set up a specific deadline schedule to meet your production needs, please discuss it with your PRX Ad Ops representative.
Please upload ads to the “Sponsor Ads” folder shared with you in Google Drive by the due date specified in the copy email and let your Ad Ops rep know once you’ve done so.
