How do I edit my email settings in the PRX Exchange?

We try really hard to send you only a little email. Depending on your role, you may be receiving certain notifications or emails that you don't need to see anymore. 

An admin at your station or PRX can manage your email settings: 

  • Login to PRX Exchange
  • Click My PRX
  • Under Choose account, select your station from the dropdown menu

  • Navigate to Email Settings

  • Or, head to your station's profile page and click "Edit Account Message Settings" under Actions.

  • Uncheck members from different message types. There are about 14 different message types, so make sure you read each description. 
    • For Networks email notifications, please see the message sections Network Piece Published, NetworkPiece Purchased, and Network General Messages.  
    • Note: If you want to receive important updates from automated delivery series that you are subscribed to, check the email settings for "Subscription info" and "Subscription alerts." This ensures that you receive any updates about file changes (make sure to include your operations staff, too!).

  • You must click save under each individual section.
