How do I edit my email settings in the PRX Exchange?

We try really hard not to send you too much email. Depending on your role, you may be receiving certain notifications or emails that you don't need to see anymore. 

An admin at your station or PRX can manage your email settings: 

  1. Login to PRX Exchange
  2. My PRX
  3. Choose station account from drop-down menu
  4. Navigate to Email Settings
  5. Uncheck members from different message types. There are about 14 different message types, so make sure you read the descriptions for each of them 
    1. Note: if you want to receive important updates from automated series that you are subscribed to, make sure to check the email settings for "Subscription info" and "Subscription alerts." This ensures that any updates about file changes gets to you (make sure to include your operations staff, too!)
  6. You must click save under each individual section
