Types of Reports Available in Dovetail Inventory

Within Dovetail Inventory there are several options when it comes to generating reports about impression you're looking to sell, or perhaps those you have delivered on behalf of a paying client.

Availability Report

Use this report to check the available inventory for a single show based on the parameters (time, series, zone, etc) of your choosing.

Collection Availability Report*

Check the available inventory for a predetermined collection of shows based on the parameters of your choosing.

*Requires that a "collection" has been created. Create a collection with these instructions.

Collection Availability Reports are NOT offered in real time, and will update based on your forecast refresh rate. Learn step-by-step how to run a collection availability report here.

Campaign Report

Build a report around actual impressions gathered during a recently activated campaign. This report defaults to a weekly breakdown featuring the flight name, creative name, zone section, and actual impressions counted.

Historical Sell Through Rate

Take a look back for a particular series or collection and pull a report with all possible impressions alongside the actual delivered impressions to form a sell-through-rate percentage.
