Starting Tuesday, November 25, account management access to the Exchange will move to ID.PRX.ORG.
Your login details will not change. Please continue using the same email or username you originally used to create your Exchange account.
ID is the nerve center of PRX Distribution services. Within ID, you can:
- Navigate between PRX applications, such as the Exchange, Dovetail and helpful support documentation
- Edit your account profile
- Create and manage group accounts
- Invite and manage user access
Navigation Hub
The dashboard within ID is your all-access pass to the PRX Exchange. Move between account management options or support documentation with ease.
Editing your Account Profile
Select your name from the top-left menu to open your account profile. From there, you can update your login information, email address, and profile picture. Be sure to click Save to apply any changes.
Create and Manage Station and Group Accounts
Station and Group accounts are collections of individual PRX user accounts that need access to upload and download content and pull reports from the Exchange.
Within the Manage Accounts tab, you can create a new group, select a default group/station, or leave a group/station.
Invite and Manage User Access
Within a specific group or station account accessed through ID, you can invite new members or manage existing members' access by editing their role or removing them from the group account.
‼️If you attempt to create a group account or add/remove a user from your group or station account, you’ll also be redirected to ID.
‼️To edit your station account, please make all changes directly in the Exchange. Station account requests must also be submitted through the Exchange.
