Adding people to your group account on the Exchange

There's no 'I' in 'group,' so you'll have to add some members so they can access the account, too. The more the merrier, right?

Before a person can be added to your group or station, they must have an individual account on PRX.

To add people to your group or station:

  1. Login at id.prx.org and choose Exchange
  2. Go to My PRX.
  3. Choose your group account from the Choose Account dropdown.
  4. Click Manage Members.
  5. Click Invite User, then enter their name, email address, and select the appropriate user role. You can also include a personal message if you'd like.

    Admin accounts can view royalty statements, subscription and carriage reports, and add staff.

    Member accounts can only upload programs to the PRX Exchange on your behalf. 

Please Note: 

If the person you’re inviting already has a PRX account, the invite will appear in their ID dashboard as a notification. 

If they do not, they will receive an email inviting them to complete setup of an ID account in order to accept the invite Any invite can be deleted from the Members page as long as they have not accepted the invite yet.

That’s it! The new member(s) will be able to accept the invitation and they’ll be added automatically once they accept.
