Take the following steps to reset the password associated with your PRX account.
- Navigate to and select the Forgot your Password link found on either the Exchange or ID login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your PRX Account and select the Send Reset Instructions button.
- Follow the instructions sent via email (sometimes these end up in your spam folder) to reset the password.
- Login with your new password!
