At some point, you might need to add people to your group account. PRX ID has a simple method to help you do this!
STEP 1: Log in to PRX ID with your username and password.
STEP 2: Select “view accounts” in the Dovetail Access section of the dashboard.
STEP 3: Select your account from the list of accounts shown.
STEP 4: Select “members” from the options on the left.
STEP 5: Select “+ Invite User” from the options on the upper right of the screen. Enter the user's email address and role. Then select Invite.
Role Types Explained:

| Publisher | Read/write access to Dovetail Podcasts only |
| Adops | Read access to every app; Ability to create Campaigns & Flights in Dovetail Inventory |
| Sales | Read access to Dovetail Inventory and Metrics; Ability to create draft campaigns in Dovetail Inventory and check detailed download history. |
| Availability | Read access to Dovetail Inventory and Metrics; Ability to view inventory availability in Dovetail Inventory and check detailed download history for shows under their respective owner/group account. |

Note: If the person you’re inviting already has a PRX ID account, the invite will appear in their ID dashboard as a notification. If they do not, they will receive an email inviting them to complete setup of an ID account in order to accept the invite Any invite can be deleted from the Members page as long as they have not accepted the invite yet.
That’s it! The new member(s) will be able to accept the invitation and they’ll be added automatically once they accept.
