PRX ID allows you to assign and change roles for people associated with your podcast or organization. You can do this by accessing your group account in ID and making the necessary adjustments.
Please note: Before you can do this you and the person/people you wish to add must have a Dovetail account (if you don’t have one, you can set one up at https://id.prx.org/users/sign_up). The person assigning, removing, or changing permissions must have admin access in ID. If you do not have this, please contact help@prx.org to have us set up or adjust your access permissions.
STEP 1: Log in at id.prx.org
STEP 2: Select Manage Accounts from the options at the top of the dashboard.
STEP 3: Find your group account and click on the name.
STEP 4: Select “members” from the options on the left.
STEP 5: If a person is already shown in the list of members, you can change their roles by clicking the three vertical dots next to their name and selecting a role from the dropdown menu that appears. For a list of permissions defined by each role, see this page.
Note: If a person is not already shown on the list of account members, you can add them to your group account. You can find instructions here.
STEP 6: Remember to save your changes.
That’s it! The account role(s) are now updated in your group account!
