Using Dovetail Spots allows you to control which spot offers you can accept or not. Let’s say you have been offered a swap, but for whatever reason such as a lack of available inventory, or some other reason, you cannot accept it. So how do you reject a swap?
Step 1 - Log Dovetail Spots through id.prx.org
Step 2 - Navigate to the Drafts panel. You’ll immediately see which need your approval or rejection via the status labels. Click into the draft you need to reject.
Step 3 - Once n the Cross-Promo Swap, you’ll see Accept and Reject buttons in the upper right corner. Click Reject to refuse a swap.
You should see this pop-up, add any comments you need to:
And hit Cancel Spot.
And that is how you reject a swap.
