Email & SMS Settings

Make sure the appropriate team members are set up to receive email notifications via the Exchange. Instructions on updating your email settings can be found here.  

For stations subscribed to shows that use automated delivery, please opt into Subscription Info and Subscription Alert.

For SMS alerts, please enter your cellphone number@carrieremail in the Subscription Alert category under the Other Addresses field.

For emergency support, it is important that you email the emergency email address at emergency@prx.org. This pings all members of the support and tech team, and will ensure that we are made aware of the issue instantly and can act swiftly. 

If you would like to submit an emergency request, please create it in a NEW email and send it to emergency@prx.org (do not forward an email to this address).
