Why is my audio taking so long to process?

Sorry things seem to be moving so slowly!

Sometimes when there's a lot uploading going on, the processing queue fills up and your file might not move along as fast as we'd like. 

What to do:

  1. Refresh the page. Did the audio status icon change?
  2. Check out Status Page to see that it's not a site-wide issue.
  3. If it has been more than a couple hours and your files still seems to be stuck processing (you see the hourglass or the cog image next to your file) then send us an email and we'll check out your file.
