Sorry things seem to be moving so slowly!
Sometimes when there's a lot uploading going on, the processing queue fills up and your file might not move along as fast as we'd like.
What to do:
- Refresh the page. Did the audio status icon change?
- Check out Status Page to see that it's not a site-wide issue.
- If it has been more than a couple hours and your files still seems to be stuck processing (you see the hourglass or the cog image next to your file) then send us an email at help@prx.org and we'll check out your file.
