Updating Existing Campaigns

Sometimes information changes or a mistake needs to be corrected. In order to reflect these changes, you would need to update your campaign.

Step 1: If you're logging in to id.prx.org, select "Dovetail Inventory" from the available options on the left side of the dashboard.

Step 1 (alternate): If you're accessing from Dovetail Podcasts or Dovetail Metrics, select "Inventory" from the options at the top of the screen

Step 2: From the Inventory main Dashboard, select "Campaigns"

Step 3: Select your podcast from the “Podcast” dropdown menu or search using the search window

Step 4: Select the advertiser from the “Advertiser” dropdown menu or search using the search window

Step 5: Select the campaign type from the “Campaign Type” dropdown menu

Step 6: Select your campaign from the list of campaigns beneath “Name”

Step 7: Select the desired campaign and make any necessary changes within the provided fields: ”Name,” “Advertiser,” “Type,” “Campaign Rep,” “Owner,” "Sales Org Name," or “Notes.”

Step 8: Once you have made your changes, click on "Update Campaign" on the upper right corner.
Once your campaign has been updated a confirmation will pop up on screen confirming your changes.

Congratulations! You've updated your campaign!
