If you’re moving your Podcast to Dovetail from another podcast host, there is no need to start entirely from scratch! Import an ad-free version of your RSS Feed to Dovetail with a few easy steps.
Prerequisites
Add that account to a Group Account with access to Dovetail Podcast
Create an ad-free feed or turn off any dynamic ad injection at your current host.
Step 1 - Log in to Dovetail Podcasts
Step 2 - Select 
Step 3 - Enter a Podcast Title and Apple Podcasts Category and Select Create
These values are required to save your feed but will be overwritten by your import, so they do not have to be exactly perfect.
Step 4 - Once the Podcast has been created, navigate to the Settings > Import tab
Step 5 - Select RSS as your Import Type and paste your ad-free RSS Feed URL
Please ensure the RSS Feed you’re importing is AD-FREE!
If not ads will become baked into your audio upon importing into our system.
Step 6 - Ensure the following options remain checked for your initial import.
Additional Import Options: If you’ve published more content to your feed since your last import, uncheck existing podcast metadata and import existing episodes to only pull in new content.
NOTE: If you'd like to import midroll break timings using ID3 tags in your feed, make sure that the "Import Timings from File Metadata" option is selected
Step 7 - Select Start Import to begin processing
Imported Episodes and their status will appear on this page as they are ingested into the Dovetail. After completing the import, double check the metadata for your series and episodes to make sure the content imported as intended, and fix any import errors.
