Producers that use automated delivery will send out a notice if they need to make any changes to a weekly show. Sometimes, these can come rather last minute. You can make sure the right people get these messages by editing your Email Settings. If you are logged in under your station account you can see this by going to My PRX>Email Settings.
Or, head to your station's profile page and click "Edit Account Message Settings" under Actions.
You will see a list of email options with check boxes next to the names of the station staff who can receive those messages. Scroll all the way down to "Susbcription Info" and "Subscription Alert."
We recommend receiving both Subscription Alert and Subscription Info. If there is a staff member who should get those alerts who is not part of your station account, you can enter their email in the "other email addresses" field.
After selecting the staff members who should receive notifications, click "Save Changes" beneath each message category.
